Can I open a facility anywhere?

Regarding equipment, if the facility requires no kiln anywhere would probably be fine. For facilities that require the installment of a kiln, the facility would have to be in accordance with the Building Standards Law, also a permission from the fire department would be required. Other than the facility itself, the number of customers would depend on the number of tourists that visit the area.

After first contacting us, we will ask about what you would like to discuss and what your wishes are. Charges will be incurred from the actual survey stage. When we plan to incur charges, we will first submit an estimate in advance, after your consideration we will conduct a survey and create a plan.

A.
It is possible for us to operate as a ‘tenant’ from the development stage to management stage.
